Overview
We worked with Los Angeles-based writer and director Cristián Bautista to design and build a portfolio website for his work.
When designing for creatives it’s important to let their work shine, and the best solution is often simple layouts with sharp attention to typography. Our graphic identity and website for Cristián utilizes two typefaces; Guyot and ABC Repro. We found this pairing of classic and futuristic fonts to work well with Cristián’s work, which has a European sensibility with an American spirit.
As the project progressed, we also designed a simple identity system with a logotype and font selections for Cristián to apply to various printed and digital media for his work.
